What Happens at Bodyline Fitness Personal Training Studio?

In a 30 minute free personal training consultation we look at your general health and fitness, and set goals with you. We also produce a comprehensive body analysis which addresses the following areas:

  • Postural Analysis
  • Endurance Test
  • Flexibility Tests
  • Upper Body and Lower Body Strength Tests
  • Body Fat Analysis
  • Blood Pressure Reading
  • Core Strength Tests

After the consultation we’ll leave you to think about whether or not you want to book any training sessions.  There’s no obligation but if you do decide to go ahead then we will allocate the specialist personal trainer (male or female) best able to help you achieve your goals.

You book your personal training at a time that suits you. There’s no joining or membership fee and you can book sessions in blocks of 3, 5 or 10. For the first block of 10 sessions you book we will give you one for free

Recovering from Injury

If you’ve been suffering from an injury our physiotherapist, osteopath or sports massage therapist will work with your personal trainer to provide the treatment and guidance you need to get you up and running again
