I always look forward to 6.30pm on a Monday – running club in the park with Ben and Claire. Warm-up exercises completed, it’s onto different drills that have improved my running style no end. Ben and Claire pay great attention to getting the TECHNIQUE right first, before building up the volume and they both have vast experience, from which they can offer invaluable advice, tailored to each client.
I am looking forward to putting my new skills in to practice this summer and have signed up for my first Half Marathon.
I would recommend Bodyline Running Club to anyone who wants to improve their running ability.
Working with Roy at Bodyline as been just about the only time in my life that I have kept to a regular exercise programme. The great thing is I don’t have to think about what I’m doing as I completely trust Roy and all his team of Trainers. I see Roy once a week and work hard on my nutrition so i always aim to get the most out of my sessions.

I first came to Bodyline as i was fed up with suffering with a bad back. I now see Vicky for pilates on a weekly basis and have a personal training session once a month. I get set “homework” for the time inbetween my PT sessions and report back with how I have done; this works really well for me as it makes me accountable. My back is now so much stronger and i am feeling generally much fitter.
