Training with Richard over these last few weeks has really improved my stamina, fitness and strength. I work away for several weeks at a time and Richard has developed a fitness programme I can do whilst I am away and that is really important for me.

Working with the team at Bodyline has really helped my rehabilitation from a serious back injury/operation. I have weekly personal training sessions as well as a deep tissue massage with Berni every 3 weeks, which have both been key in my continued improvement. I keep up my regular sessions to help maintain my core strength and overall fitness levels.
