I have used Lisa, the Osteopath, at Bodyline and Roy as my Personal Trainer and they have both helped me train for, and run the London Marathon. Having suffered a knee injury I have found Personal Training an essential part of my rehab and I am glad to say I am now pain-free for the first time in a long while!

Working with the team at Bodyline has really helped my rehabilitation from a serious back injury/operation. I have weekly personal training sessions as well as a deep tissue massage with Berni every 3 weeks, which have both been key in my continued improvement. The injury was a little while ago now but I keep up my regular sessions to help maintain my core strength and overall fitness levels.
