This is what some of them say:

“I really enjoyed the Somerset retreat! The food was a real highlight for me and it was the one thing I was worried about beforehand. I expected to feel hungry but I didn’t at all during the weekend which was great; the meals were really well thought out, balanced, yummy and I feel great now, so much so that my body is actually rejecting any unhealthy food I have eaten since!! I also expected to feel a lot more physically sore than I did, which is testament to how well we were taken care of with stretching techniques and the planning of the exercises.”

Lucy Moller

“Amazing weekend-loved the gang and you guys made it run like clockwork and so much fun!”

Karen Gibson

Lasting impact: more than just a weekend – I came away with new ideas for working out in the gym, the discovery of enjoyment of aqua, new recipes to try out at home, and motivated to eat better and drink less and also swapped loads of ideas with the other participants.

Cathy Howells

‘As the `’granny`’ of the group, as it were, I was anxious I was not going to be able to keep up with the various forms of exercise, but I could always do something and the trainers were brilliant at finding alternatives if I was really stuck.  Everyone got on so well: there was much laughter over the delicious meals prepared by the trainers and the evening quiz was just about a laugh a minute. Well done and thank you, guys!’
