Our retreats give you the chance to:
- Escape the city smog for a full countryside weekend of fitness classes designed to boost your fitness, whatever level you are currently at.
- Refresh your mind with relaxation, massage, and a hot tub or pool, escaping from the weekly rat-race.
- Challenge your body with new and different fitness classes and exercise sessions designed to meet your individual needs by our team of qualified and experienced Trainers.
- Try a varied programme which includes Walking, Running Groups, Pilates or Yoga, Stretch Classes and Outdoor Fitness Classes so there is something for everyone!
For £450 you get:
- High standard accommodation from Thursday evening until Sunday morning (price based on sharing a twin room)
- 5-6 exercise classes each day.
- All snacks and meals from a healthy and nutritious menu
- Full use of an indoor pool or hot tub (depending on venue)
- A fun weekend with interesting people
- Sports Massage (at extra cost)
- A weekend focussed on you, leaving the stresses and strains of everyday life behind
Can’t make the whole weekend? Take a Day Pass
As an alternative to a full weekend we offer One-Day Passes for the Friday and/or the Saturday. After your first class you can enjoy a mixture of high & low intensity fitness sessions throughout the day, finishing with a relaxing class before showering and returning home. Healthy snacks/refreshments are on hand throughout the day as well as a healthy and nutritious lunch and a snack prior to your departure. A One-Day Pass costs £95.
You can pay for your day pass, weekend place or just a deposit by credit or debit card via our online payment partner PayPal. (Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable).
