Using a Personal Trainer for the First Time (Part Two)

It’s been 4 weeks since my first session with Richard at Bodyline Fitness Studios. I am really pleased I made the decision to sign up and put the effort in, my general fitness has definitely improved, muscles that I thought had gone forever I can feel and I have much more confidence now with particular joints, especially my knees.

Pains I have suffered in my shoulders, neck and head have definitely reduced slightly, although these where not necessarily lack of exercise pains so its a great bonus that this has improved.

Now I have settled in to my new exercise and training schedule Richard has now given me a ‘nutrient plan’ to follow… I usually call them diets! I started that yesterday… I’ll let you know how it goes next time.

Overall I still need to push myself (which Richard does very well!) and have a long way to go but I have lost an inch and a half around my waist and an inch from my hips, I feel better and can now confirm I have some muscle in existence that I just need to strengthen and work some more.

I wont say I look forward to my sessions but I don’t not look forward to them and do get satisfaction when I achieve something new, I will definitely be continuing these sessions and my goal is to continue losing fat, losing inches and improving my fitness levels.
