The current prices for personal training sessions are as follows:

Initial 30 minute Consultation       –   Free

Course of 4 1hr Sessions                 –   £200
Course of 8 1hr Sessions                 –   £380
Course of 12 1hr Sessions               –   £540

30 Minute Sessions

30 minute sessions are available if you prefer to work hard & fast whilst spreading the cost and potentially allowing you to train with us more frequently.

Course of 4 30min Sessions            –  £100

Train and save with a friend

If you and a friend have similar fitness goals, training together can be fun and the cost of your personal training sessions is shared

Course of 4 1hr shared sessions     –  £240

Personal Training & Nutrition Course

Course of 3 x 1hr personal training sessions plus 2 nutrition appointments with our Sports Nutritionist Claire Desroches

Course of training/nutrition            – £260

Cancellations and Refunds

24 hours notice of cancellation/postponement is required for all sessions or full payment for the session will be taken.

Once purchased,  your sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
