- Press Ups
Press Ups work the upper body with the emphasis on Chest and Shoulders, as well as helping to strengthen your core muscles. Aim for 3 sets of 12-15 reps with a 45 sec recovery in between each set.
Lunges work the lower body with the emphasis on thighs and glutes as well as helping to improve balance. Aim for 3 sets of 12 reps on each leg with a 45 sec rest in between each set.
Walkouts strengthen the Core and Shoulders mainly, but you’ll feel this exercise all over your body! Aim for 2-3 sets of 8 reps with a 45 sec recovery in between each set.
Squats are one of the best exercises you can do for your lower body, working on thighs and glutes mostly but also recruiting many other muscle groups in both your lower and upper body. Aim for 3 sets of 12-15 reps each set with a 45 sec rest inbetween each set.
