Goodgym is an organisation that gets you fit whilst doing good and at Bodyline Fitness, we, along with, a group of founding members are bringing this exciting project to Ealing. Our community of runners and qualified Trainer help people achieve their health and fitness goals, through running, whilst doing some good in the local community.
As a participant you could jog to a local community centre to help out with some simple maintenance work, or visit an elderly person to make them a cup of tea and bring them a paper. There will always be a few projects to choose from so as a runner, you can pick a short, medium or long distance to get to your particular project destination, so all levels of fitness are catered for.
You will always be accompanied on a run by a qualified “Goodgym Trainer” and plenty of other runners to keep you company along the way.
The Goodgym scheme really works for everyone; as a runner you get support and set dates to run and your local community benefits from your voluntary work on a weekly basis.
If you would like to find out more, or register as a runner you can visit our Goodgym page at http://www.goodgym.org/proposals/ealing or contact me via the Bodyline Fitness website or contact the original founding member for Ealing, Sarah Crofts, via her twitter page @travellingChick
