Our theme on our Facebook Page at the moment is exercises you can do at home and we have been posting a couple of exercises each day. In this Video Blog we are putting some of those exercises together in one workout.

As you may know, we are celebrating our 10th year in business in 2013 and so we have called this routine “The Bodyline 10 Workout”:

The video shows you 10 exercises and each exercise is performed 10 times before moving on to the next one, and all the exercises are done with 10kg weights (they can, of course be lighter, or heavier!)

The Bodyline 10 Workout covers all the major muscle groups in 10-15 mins and you can repeat it as many times as you like of course.

So, take a quick look and let me know how you get on with it; I expect each of you to try it at least once!!
