Zero to 13.1 miles-An Update

By 27 June 2012Latest

So, as you may remember Bodyline Fitness client, Hannah Norris, is training for her very first half marathon, and none other than the first Ealing half marathon on September 30th!!

Hannah is so exhausted from all her training that she has asked me to fill in with this brief update on her progress.

After the “telling-off” I gave her for eating pizza and drinking wine (pictured here!) on the same day as a 10 min treadmill run she is taking her training much more seriously.

Hannah has now done a 5km race at Gunnersbury park and is training 4 xweek, which includes 2 runs on her own and 2 sessions at Bodyline fitness with me, her long suffering personal trainer! (Sorry Hannah).

She has built up to 10 continous minutes with a 3 min walk and is repeating that in a 40-45 minute outdoor training session.

In her personal training sessions we are working on Hannah’s core stability and lower body strength to compliment her outdoor running; we occasionally do a long treadmill run as well, if she hasn’t been so good on her own that week!

Hopefully Hannah will be back in a couple of weeks with her own latest update, until then Hans………………KEEP RUNNING!!!!!
