This weekend saw our first fitness retreat of 2016 at the amazing venue of Holemoor Stables in Chard, Somerset and 10 of our lovely clients joined us for a great weekend of healthy eating, exercise and relaxation whilst enjoying the views from our west country venue.
On arrival all our clients were measured for body fat, weight, bone density and water content as well as having measurements taken and I’m glad to say that, at the end of the weekend on Sunday, all clients had lost weight , fat and/or inches!
The weekend consisted of 5-6 sessions of exercise each day as well as lots of rest time and healthy food which maintained everyone’s energy levels so they could complete the sessions without injury or too much muscle tightness.
The pool was a big success, as we used it for some hectic pool areobics & water polo sessions as well as clients using it as a nice way to cool down at the end of each day with a gentle, more leisurely swim.
I think it would be fair to say that everyone enjoyed themselves, at least they were all still smiling come Sunday afternoon!
